Indiana funds several medicaid waiver programs for those with disabilities and for the elderly.  This allows an individual to get their needs meet at home.  I am a medicaid waiver provider and can assist you with the process or  will work with you to find community resources that best fit your needs.

Structured Family Caregiver
Consulting
Attendant Care

  • Attendant Caregiver's client must have Medicaid benefits or be Medicaid-eligible.

  • Attendant Caregiver's client must apply for and be accepted to the Medicaid Waiver program.

​

  • The primary caregiver should be a family member, neighbor, or friend with the ability to care for the clients activities of daily living.

  • Elderly Attorney​ referral

  • Adult Day Care options

  • Back up Care

  • At home modifications

  • Meal Services

  • Medication delivery set

  • Grocery delivery set up

  • At home hair care

  • Referral to appropriate agencies

  • Transportation

  • The Structured Family Caregiving client must have Medicaid benefits or be Medicaid-eligible.

  • The Structured Family Caregiving client must apply for and be accepted to the Medicaid Waiver program.

  • The primary caregiver should be a family member, neighbor, or friend with the ability to live with and care for the Structured Family Caregiving client.
